500 g cherry tomato

3 eggs

30 cl whole milk

3 tablespoons of flour

100 g goat cheese (log)

Grated Emmental Parmesan cheese


35 g butter

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Let the milk cool in a saucepan. Using an electric mixer, mix the flour with the eggs, one to two pinches of salt, 25 g of melted butter and warm milk until a smooth and liquid dough is obtained.
Step 4
Butter a dish with the remaining butter. Pour in the dough and place the goat slices on top. Then arrange the cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
Finish with a little basil and cheese. Bake at half height for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve immediately.
