Gratin of macaroni mascarpone/gorgonzola

600 g macaroni

50 cl thick fresh cream

1 sprig of broccoli

2 yellow onions

4 slices of Italian smoked ham

200 g mascarpone

100 g gorgonzola

Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
Step 2
Cook the broccoli in water and cool it down, cook the macaroni al'dente.
Step 3
In a frying pan, with a little olive oil, brown the finely chopped onions and salt to taste.
Step 4
In a saucepan, over low heat, combine the cream, mascarpone, and gorgonzola.
Step 5
Cut the broccoli into small pieces and the ham into thin slices.
Step 6
Put a layer of macaroni, pieces of broccoli and ham, and the sauce (mascarpone, cream, gorgonzola) in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with finely chopped basil and repeat (make several layers) and so on.
Step 7
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
