1 large box of miniature mushrooms

1 handful of nuts

Grated cheese

25 cl milk

30 g cornstarch

Nutmeg

Pepper

Salt

Paprika

Basil




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 40 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Drain and rinse the mushrooms, then grill them with paprika and basil.
Step 2
Prepare the b├ęchamel sauce: heat the milk with the diluted cornstarch and nutmeg.
Step 3
Pour the mushrooms and crushed nuts into a gratin dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with b├ęchamel sauce, add a little cheese to gratinate.
Step 5
Bake for 1/2 hour in the oven at 180°C (th 6), then 10 minutes under the grill.
Author's note
For a more hearty dish, add ham or pasta.
