For the base for 1 loaf of bread:

500 g ground beef and pork

4 slices of stale sandwich bread

100 g anchovy olives

2 courgettes

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

200 g finely rapped carrots

1/2 teaspoon lemongrass

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon fresh coriander

3 tablespoons soy sauce
For the Bavarian Meatloaf:

450 g button mushroom

20 g dried ceps (or 100 g fresh)

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

75 g grated cheese

50 g black olives

50 g green olive

50 g capers

1/2 cup of Provence herbs

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
I mix the basic ingredients. And then I mix what you can mix and mix all the ingredients of a loaf of bread, put it in a well oiled dish with olive oil.
Step 2
I bake in the oven preheated to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) for 30 minutes. I add a little water, if necessary, and continue cooking for another half hour.

If I have guests, I make 3 or 4 kinds of bread (sometimes with half the ingredients, i.e. half the basic ingredients and half the ingredients per bread.)

Greek is so different from Italian or Proven├žal! And it's so easy to do. It also freezes very well.
