1 bunch of purple artichoke

Lemon Lemon

Olive oil

Guerande salt

Pepper 5 berries

Parmesan cheese in pieces

Basil

Anchovies in oil (if you like)


Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the tails and remove the artichokes to keep only the hearts. Remove the hay (there are none if they are small) and cut them into strips, put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with lemon.
Step 2
Then add olive oil, coarse guerrilla salt, two or three mill towers 5 berries (according to your taste), remove the leaves of the basil (if it is the season, otherwise flavoured oil).
Step 3
Sprinkle with strips of parmesan cheese (with a peeling knife).
Step 4
If you like, add capers and/or anchovy pieces.
Step 5
You can also serve artistically on plates.
Step 6
Enjoy your meal.
