1 puff pastry dough

500 g ground meat

50 g bacon

1 tomato

1 piece of pepper

3 eggs

70 g grated Emmentaler

Parsley

Basil


Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
In a pie dish, roll out the puff pastry.
Step 3
In a frying pan, brown the minced meat (do not cook it completely) then add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the eggs, bacon (raw), tomato (previously cut into pieces), pepper (minced), a little Emmental cheese and mix everything together.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pie dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle with basil and parsley at your convenience and cover with the rest of the Emmental cheese.
Step 7
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with a green salad. Enjoy your meal!
