PRAIRIES STUFFED WITH NUTS AND PINE NUTS

24 prairies

15 cl dry white wine

3 cloves of garlic

30 g butter
FOR THE JOKE:

100 g softened butter

2 tablespoons pine nuts

20 walnut kernels

12 basil leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 large teaspoon freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Peel the garlic and slice it. Clean the prairies.
Step 2
Pour the white wine into a large saucepan with the garlic, 30 g of butter and ground pepper.
Step 3
Bring to a boil. Add the prairies, cover, let them open for about 5 minutes on high heat.
Step 4
Drain them, and let them cool.
Step 5
Detach the top valves. Preheat the oven to Th 7 (210°C).
Step 6
Prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the nuts and pine nuts, add the chopped basil. Mix in the butter, then add the lemon juice, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Fill the prairies with stuffing. Arrange them on a large plate. Bake for 5 minutes in the upper part of your oven, without letting it brown.
Step 8
Serve hot.

This dish, depending on the amount of parires, may be an appetizer, otherwise it will be a main dish.
