2 courgettes

2 tomatoes

200 g rice

5 cl milk

Salt

1 pinch of sugar

Pre-cut basil, sage (optional)

Step 1
Cut the carrots and courgettes vertically so that the carrot rings and courgettes are quite thin. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and then add the carrots and a little water, without covering the carrots.
Step 3
When the carrots soften slightly, add the zucchini, basil, sage and salt. Add a little water so that the vegetables do not burn and soften faster.
Step 4
When the water starts to boil, add a little milk without lowering the plate. Add two good pinches of sugar and sprinkle with salt.
Step 5
When the zucchini and carrots are cooked, add the tomatoes and mix often so that the milk takes on a nice colour.
Step 6
Next to that cook a good quantity of rice.
Step 7
Once it is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan. Mix well and add a little salt. The rice must be soaked in the broth.
Step 8
At this point, taste and correct if necessary with a little salt.

Very simple but rather tasty dish. Can be eaten by two or with the family.
