3 tomatoes

1 green or red pepper

1 cucumber

Pine nuts

1 large handful of raisins

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

6 basil leaves

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes, pepper and cucumber into small cubes.
Step 2
Put them in a bowl and add the raisins. Mix well and divide the tartar into individual cups.
Step 3
Brown the pine nuts in a pan and place them on top.
Step 4
Put the tartar in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a blender (or centrifuge), blend together the basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 6
After 1 hour in the refrigerator, spread the seasoning.
Step 7
You can serve.
