200 g bread dough

500 g cherry tomato

Olive oil


Parmesan cheese



Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Spread the bread dough on parchment paper, the dough must be very thin for it to be crispy.
Step 3
Place the cherry tomatoes on the dough (flesh against dough)
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a dash of olive oil over the tomatoes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and then finish with basil.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C (th 7-8) and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, making sure that the dough does not darken.
Author's note
You can serve this pie with a small salad of lamb's lettuce and arugula. This tart can be served as a starter or as a main course.
