1 zucchini

2 tomatoes

1 eggplant

300 g mozzarella cheese

5 basil leaves

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices, cut the mozzarella into slices.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 3
In an oval or rectangular dish, place the ingredients vertically alternating: eggplant, basil leaf, tomato, mozzarella, zucchini. Repeat the operation by maintaining and tightening the rows.
Step 4
Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the pressed garlic cloves. Brush the dish with it.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Put in the oven for 1 hour.
