1 puff pastry dough

1 tray of bacon (100 g)

4 tomatoes

1 scoop of mozzarella (125 g)

4 eggs

20 cl of fresh cream

1 small bunch of chopped basil

Pepper

Salt

Nutmeg

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Spread the puff pastry in the pan. Cut tomato cubes and line the bottom of your pan with these cubes.
Step 3
Do the same with the mozzarella and add the bacon. Sprinkle with basil.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream. Add salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Pour over the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes.
Author's note
If you have more time, you can brown the bacon and tomatoes beforehand, and drain well.
