2 cans of tuna in the wild (about 250 g)

4 sheets of brick

2 plain yoghurts stirred

2 shallots

Olive oil

Parsley

Basil

Pepper

Salt


Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Crumble the drained tuna by hand in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the two shallots very finely and mix them with the tuna. Salt, pepper and add parsley, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Finish with the yoghurts. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Preheat your oven (180°C).
Step 4
Place the mixture in the centre of the sheets of brick which you will fold up like a package (the edges are below).
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes (until the bricks start to color).
Step 6
Serve with an endive salad.

An easy dinner, simple and good to prepare, and light for those who are careful with their figure.
