1 large can of tuna in its natural state (or with lemon)

1 box of fresh square

Lemon Lemon

1 tablespoon cottage cheese
For seasoning:

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Chives

Step 1
Drain the tuna and crumble it into a bowl. Unpack the squares of fresh cheese and mix with the tuna with a fork. Add the juice of one lemon and, if necessary, a tablespoon of cottage cheese.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper to taste (the fragrant flower of salt works wonders). Add the fresh herbs.
Step 3
Mix everything together and let stand in the fridge for at least two hours before serving with sliced rye bread.
Author's note
Ideal for an aperitif or buffet. For lighter rillettes, the dairy products mentioned in the 0% version can be used.
