150 g sweet red pepper (1 can)

2 tomatoes

200 g tuna in the wild (1 can)

2 rolls of puff pastry

Step 1
Fry the onions in a frying pan with a little olive oil and salt. Add the peppers and tomatoes. When the vegetables are cooked, add a little tomato paste and the tuna. Spice according to your taste. Simmer for a few minutes.
Step 2
When the stuffing is ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool (if you put the stuffing still hot on the dough, it will melt!).
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into medium triangles. When the stuffing is cold, put half a tablespoon of stuffing in the center of the triangle and bring the three tips back to the center to form a small triangular shaped slipper.
Step 4
Shape all the slippers and place them on a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet. Cover them with the egg and sesame seeds before putting them in the oven - separately or far from each other so that they do not stick together during cooking.
Step 5
Cook at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 5 to 8 minutes (depending on whether you prefer them white or golden).
Step 6
That makes about 15 little slippers.
