2 veal roulades

1 yellow onion

1 clove of garlic

2 tomatoes

Olive oil

White wine

Black olives

1 small box of mushrooms

Pepper

Salt

Herbs of Provence

Basil

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
First, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the garlic clove.
Step 2
Meanwhile, brown your roulades in a frying pan with olive oil. Season (salt, pepper).
Step 3
Once the roulades are golden, remove them from the skillet and sweat the onions in the skillet (add a little oil if necessary).
Step 4
When the onions and garlic are well coloured, add the tomatoes and mushrooms.
Step 5
Season again (salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, basil). Leave to cook for 2 minutes and then add the roulades.
Step 6
Drizzle with white wine (4 to 5 tablespoons). Add a few black olives and simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the dish with green beans or rice.
