1 zucchini

2 carrots

1 small can of crushed tomatoes

1 shallot

1 teaspoon capers




75 g rice

2 fish steaks such as hake or cod

Lemon juice

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Peel the carrots and zucchini. Cut them into julienne strips.
Step 2
Cut and slice the shallot.
Step 3
Gently brown these vegetables in the wok.
Step 4
Once cooked, add the crushed tomatoes, basil, capers, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Simmer until the tomato juice is reduced.
Step 6
Fry the fish in a non-stick pan until it is crumbled. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add the lemon juice to the fish (to taste).
Step 8
Cook the rice as usual.
Step 9
Serve a ball of rice (it goes very well with a ladle), the wok preparation, and sprinkle with fish crumbs.
