2 trout fillets

3 potatoes

1 onion

1 garlic

Salt

Olive oil

Tarragon

Basil

2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

15 cl white wine



Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Sauté the onion with the spices and garlic.
Step 2
When the onion becomes translucent, remove it from the heat and set aside.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into 1/2 cm slices and fry them lightly.
Step 5
Put half of the onions in an ovenproof dish, put the 2 trout fillets on top (with the skin facing down) and spread the fried potatoes and remaining onions on top.
Step 6
Add the white wine and butter.
Step 7
Put in the oven at maximum temperature for about twenty minutes.
