300 g ground meat)

3 tablespoons of mustard

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

Rosemary (to your taste)

Basil (to your taste)

2 tablespoons grated gruyère cheese

1 brick of tomato sauce

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Mix the meat with the onion, garlic, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper. Add mustard and grated gruyère cheese.
Step 2
Form balls by hand, then place them in an ovenproof non-stick dish (or on a baking sheet).
Step 3
Put in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 15 minutes if the meat is already cooked (roasted); leave it a little longer, if you make the recipe with raw minced meat.
Step 4
Heat the tomato sauce with basil, salt, pepper and a piece of sugar (for the acidity of the tomato). Let the meatballs soak in the sauce a few moments before serving. Serve with pasta.
