2 scoops of mozzarella

Breadcrumbs
6 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic

1 lump of sugar

Step 1
Prepare the tomato fondue:
Step 2
Slice the onion, and fry it in a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add the finely diced tomatoes and minced garlic, salt and pepper, and add the sugar cube. Leave to cook for about ten minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella balls into thick slices, pass them through the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumbs, and fry them for 2 or 3 min in a little olive oil.
Step 5
Add a few basil leaves to the tomato fondue.

Set up the plate:

Line the bottom of a small plate with tomato fondue, place 1 or 2 slices of mozzarella and sprinkle with a few basil leaves.

Serve hot, so that the mozzarella remains melting....
