1 puff pastry dough

250 g fresh broccoli

4 eggs

2 good spoons of fresh cream

3 good spoons of cottage cheese

1 spoonful of chopped basil

125 g Roquefort cheese

Pepper

Nutmeg

150 g grated Gruyère cheese

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the broccoli.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the quiche; roll out the dough, then prick the bottom.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, cream and cottage cheese. Next to it, crush the Roquefort cheese with a fork, then add it to the preparation. Salt very little, if you like salty, add pepper and basil.
Step 4
Place the broccoli on the pie shell and pour in the mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cover with gruyère cheese.
Step 6
Put in a preheated hot oven, 25/30 min at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
