4 chopped steaks

4 hamburger buns

8 slices of mozzarella cheese

2 tomatoes

4 tablespoons of pesto

1 sprig of basil

4 leaves of green salad

1 clove of garlic

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Prepare the tomato sauce: boil the tomatoes and peel them. Brown them in a little olive oil, and add the garlic and a little pepper. Book.
Step 2
Cook the steaks in a frying pan with a little fat on one side. Turn them over and place two slices of mozzarella on top per steak. Finish cooking the steaks, the mozzarella must be melting.
Step 3
Toast the burgers with a toaster.
Step 4
Compose burgers: bread, tomato sauce, steak, basil and salad and cover with pesto and bread hat!

You can also make your own pesto, it will be better than some supermarket brands!
