Ingredients

200 g smoked bacon (or more depending on taste)
10 shallots
10 cloves of garlic
Basil
Oregano
1 glass of white wine (15 cl)
1 large jar of thick fresh cream
750 g of penne
Parmesan cheese
Egg (optional)
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 50 MIN
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Brown the bacon.
Step 2
Add the chopped shallots, chopped basil, garlic and oregano.
Step 3
Simmer for a few minutes (under supervision).
Step 4
Add the white wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
Step 5
Stir in the cream.
Step 6
Cook the penne as indicated on the package.
Step 7
Mix with the sauce and present with the egg yolk in its 1/2 shell.
Step 8
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
