20 cl coconut milk

4 turkey or chicken fillets to taste

Pepper

Salt

Herbs of Provence

Basil

4 tomatoes

100 g mushroom



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Fry the fillets in a frying pan over high heat.
Step 2
Cook the mushrooms over low heat in another one.
Step 3
Once the fillets have changed colour, add the mushrooms and chopped tomatoes.
Step 4
Cook until the fillets are cooked through and then add the coconut milk. Season with pepper, salt and add the Provence herbs. Cook for 2 minutes so that the coconut milk is hot.
Step 5
TIP: Very good with bulgur or rice, quinoa or coral lentils.
