450 g courgette of the same size

450 g potato

50 g onion

1 clove of garlic

Butter for the gratin dish

2 fresh tomatoes

2 teaspoons basil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon parsley

300 g chicken breast (or "rest" of minced whole chicken)

1 brick of liquid cream (20 cl)

1 glass of milk (20 cl)

4 slices of crunchy cheese, sir or hamburger

100 g grated cheese

Black pepper from the mill

Salt

Step 1
Cut the potatoes and courgettes into very thin slices. Butter a gratin dish.
Step 2
Cut the onions and fry them in a frying pan with the two fresh tomatoes previously diced. Add paprika, basil, parsley and garlic with a little salt and pepper.
Step 3
Then add the minced chicken and mix well. Book.
Step 4
Place a first layer of potatoes and zucchini at the bottom of the gratin dish and add half of the liquid cream.
Step 5
Arrange the 4 slices of crunchy cheese, sir.
Step 6
Then add the chicken mixture and the rest of the cream.
Step 7
Arrange the second layer of potatoes and zucchini. Pour in the glass of milk and cover with the grated cheese.
Step 8
Put in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 min.
Author's note
It's a complete dish: vegetables and chicken. The crunchy cheese monsieur gives a very creamy taste. I tested my proposal as a family and it was a success!
