1 puff pastry dough

1 tablespoon mustard

3 slices of raw ham

10 dried tomatoes (in oil)

200 g Parmesan cheese

1 egg

10 ml skimmed milk

1 small jar of fresh cream 15%

Basil (quantity according to your taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

Step 1
Unroll the puff pastry and place it in the pan. Prick the dough and spread the mustard.
Step 2
Shred the raw ham and scatter it over the dough.
Step 3
Slice the dried tomatoes and add them to the pie.
Step 4
In a large bowl, pour in the crème fraîche, egg and milk. Mix it all together well. Salt (a little, the raw ham + parmesan naturally salt the pie), pepper, add the garlic powder, basil and parmesan.
Step 5
Mix the preparation actively. Then pour it over the dough.
Step 6
After preheating the oven to 180° for 10 minutes, bake the pie for 35-40 minutes.
Step 7
Serve as a starter with a nice spinach sprout salad and a few cherry tomatoes.
