200 g bent pasta
2 tomatoes
1/2 pepper (red and/or green according to taste)
120 g garlic and herbs cheese
1 knob of mustard
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1.5 tablespoons vinegar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of Herbs
3 basil leaves

Step 1
Boil the water in the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette with mustard, oil and vinegar.
Step 3
Then wash and cut the tomatoes. Add the mixture to the vinaigrette.
Step 4
Cook the pasta. Advice for athletes: Do not rely on the cooking times indicated by the brands, you must really cook them Al Dente and to be sure you must taste them.
Step 5
Pasta should be firm but not "hard and floury" either. The more pasta is cooked, the more the slower the sugars it contains turn into fast sugars.
Step 6
Rinse them with cold water and let them cool. Once cold, add them to the tomatoes....

Add the mozzarella and add herbs (basil,...) if there are not enough to your taste.
