Peppers with feta cheese

Peppers with feta cheese :

Number of people

200 g feta cheese

2 peppers

Olive oil

50 g pine nuts

2 tomatoes

6 basil leaves

Step 1
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Put them on a baking sheet, with 2 tomato wedges inside each pepper, then pour a dash of olive oil.
Step 3
Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 4
Then place the feta cheese in the oven and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Finally, sprinkle with pine nuts and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Slice the basil on top. And serve.
