4 slices of raw ham (Bayonne, Serrano or other)

100 g fresh cheese

Basil and chives sprig

Curry and nutmeg




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Cut the chives into small pieces. Divide the cheese into four portions.
Step 2
Mix each portion of cheese with chives, basil, curry and nutmeg.
Step 3
Spread the slices of ham, place each of the 4 preparations on a slice of bayonet.
Step 4
Roll them up and prick them in the middle of a toothpick, each strand can be cut into two or three to make smaller portions.
Author's note
This dish is ideal as an aperitif or as a starter with a salad.
