200 g chicken 

4 fresh tomatoes 

100 g rice for risotto risotto risotto 

10 cl white wine 

30 cl chicken broth 

1 onion 

1 clove of garlic 

basil leaf 

Olive oil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the chicken and onion into small cubes as well.
Step 2
In a frying pan, sauté in olive oil, chopped garlic, onion and chicken.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes (boil them for 10 seconds in water, the skin will come off more easily) and cut them into small cubes.
Step 4
Add them to the pan with the rest of the preparation.
Step 5
Then add the rice, white wine and chicken broth.
Step 6
Simmer over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the broth.
Step 7
Slice the basil leaves and add to the risotto.
