16 slices of smoked salmon

450 g button mushroom or other...

4 medium tomatoes (blackberries)

2 shallots, 3 auls

25 cl of liquid fresh cream

Béchamel

Herbs of Provence

Oregano

Basil

Olive oil

Gruyère cheese

Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Brown the button mushrooms in butter, season with salt and pepper and add basil. Book.
Step 2
In the same pan, brown the shallot with the garlic in olive oil and then add the peeled and mixed tomatoes beforehand.
Step 3
Season with Provence herbs, oregano and basil. When they are cooked, add the liquid crème fraîche (25 cl, whatever the quantity of tomato to obtain a "Rose" sauce) and set aside.
Step 4
Butter a rectangular gratin dish (preferably, it's easier), insert a ladle (about) of tomato sauce into it. Then place the pasta (raw) horizontally and not vertically, sprinkle again with tomato sauce, place your slices of smoked salmon on the whole length of the pasta (about 3 slices see + if the slices are small). Add the button mushrooms (not very much, because you will have to repeat the operation in several layers), place the béchamel sauce slightly (because the coulis also acts as a sauce), sprinkle with gruyère and parmesan cheese, do it absolutely between each layer.
Step 5
Alternate the layers of pasta with the ingredients as above as long as the gratin dish allows. You must finish with a layer of pasta (without the salmon) sprinkle with béchamel sauce and then sprinkle with gruyère cheese, nutmeg.
Step 6
Put in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
