2 salmon steaks

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

2 tomatoes

Herbs of Provence

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

2 black olives

2 cloves of garlic (not too large)

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Place each salmon steak on 1 separate piece of aluminum foil.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices.
Step 3
Lightly salt and pepper the salmon.
Step 4
Arrange on each salmon alternately: 1 slice of tomato, then 1 slice of mozzarella, then 1 slice of tomato, etc.
Step 5
Mince the olives and garlic cloves, sprinkle the 2 salmon cubes with them; add a little salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 6
Pour the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of olive oil on each salmon steak.
Step 7
Close each aluminium in a papillote, and place them in a gratin dish.
Step 8
Put in a hot oven (210°C/th 7) for 35 min, the salmon is cooked when its skin has cleared up well.
Step 9
Serve with flavoured basmati rice and a green salad (with a little onion added).

It is a very easy but very tasty recipe, I have made it very often in summer with a good salad and everyone enjoys it.
