2 salmon trout fillets

4 tomatoes

2 shallots

Pepper

Salt

Dehydrated basil

Liquid fresh cream

Olive oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Briefly boil the tomatoes so that they can be peeled.
Step 2
On a sheet of aluminum foil, pour a little olive oil.
Step 3
Place 2 tomatoes peeled and cut into small pieces by papillote.
Step 4
Place a trout fillet on top.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Sprinkle with a finely chopped shallot by papillote, and basil.
Step 7
Add a drizzle of liquid fresh cream.
Step 8
Close the papillote.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes at 160°C (thermostat 5/6).
Author's note
For the cooking time, I mentioned 40 minutes but it all depends on the power of your oven... with mine, it's rather a good hour at 250°C. You can also vary the fish used.
