3 tablespoons mayonnaise (if homemade: 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 egg yolk, 6 to 8 tablespoons oil.)

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

Basil (1 branch)

Parsley (1 branch)

Chives (a few sprigs)

1 shallot

1/2 lemon

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Prepare the mayonnaise, and put 3 tablespoons in a large bowl.
Step 2
Mix with the crème fraîche, the finely chopped berries and the juice of the half lemon.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.

Ideal to accompany raw vegetables, mixed salads, fish and vegetable terrines.
