500 g spaghetti

400 g ground beef

200 g tomato sauce

1 small can of small can of tomato paste

8 button mushrooms

3 onions

3 cloves of garlic

1 stalk of celery stalk

1 branch of sage branch

5 sprigs of parsley

1 branch of basil branch



2 tablespoons oregano

1 tip of harissa tip

Step 1
Chop the sage, basil and parsley.
Step 2
Chop the onions, cut the celery into cubes.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into cubes as well.
Step 4
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a casserole dish, add the onions, celery and mushrooms.

Add the crushed garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, ground meat and squeeze well.

Then add the thyme and bay leaf, wet with 50 cl of water, add the chopped fresh herbs, 2 pieces of sugar, harissa, season.

Simmer 30 minutes over low heat.

10 minutes before the end, cook the pasta al dente.

Drain the pasta, mix it with a little butter.

Remove the bay leaf from the sauce, pour it over the pasta.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
