600 g egg tagliatelle

1 bunch of basil

2 cloves of garlic

30 cl of fresh cream

150 g grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook the pasta "al dente" (3-4 min if it is fresh).
Step 2
Rinse the basil, chop it with the crushed garlic. Add the cream, mix, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, mix it with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
