2 fresh or frozen tilapias (African fine-fleshed fish)
1 bunch of basil
2 onions
1/2 fresh ginger
7 cloves of garlic
5 large tomatoes
3 kub or
1 good pinch of white pepper

2 tablespoons of oil
6 ripe seedling bananas

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Mix the basil with the tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, kubor, pepper, thyme.
Step 2
Pour this preparation over your oiled fish with the 2 tablespoons of oil, put in the medium oven for 1/2 hours.
Step 3
15 minutes before the end of cooking your fish, peel and cut into strips not too large your banana plants that you fry for 5 or 6 minutes, they should take a beautiful caramel color.
Step 4
Serve your fish with your fried bananas, you can serve this dish with manioc sticks and chili paste.
