1 can of mushrooms

4 tomatoes

1 log of Sainte-Maure goat cheese

Pepper

Salt

Herbs of Provence

Basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Line the mould with the shortcrust pastry.
Step 2
Spread the drained mushrooms on the bottom.
Step 3
Cover with tomato slices.
Step 4
Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover with goat log slices.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) for 30 to 35 minutes.
Step 7
Serve hot.
