4 tomatoes

250 g flour

3 eggs

50 cl of milk

1 clove of garlic

basil leaf

Pepper

Salt

Frying oil

Step 1
Mix the flour with the eggs and then add the salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic and chopped basil.
Step 2
Pour in the milk until you obtain a homogeneous paste and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and heat the frying oil.
Step 4
Dip the tomato slices in the doughnut batter, drain lightly and fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Can be eaten hot or cold.
