6 button mushrooms
3 tomatoes
20 cl of tomato sauce
10 cl of fresh cream
Pepper
Salt
Basil
Preparation

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Slice the onion, wash the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat a little oil and sauté the onion 2 to 3 min, then add the mushrooms.
Step 3
Leave until the mushrooms lose all their water.
Step 4
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion/fungus mixture.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 6
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Then add the tomato sauce and crème fraiche and leave on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
