500 g tortellini ricotta spinach

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 kg of elongated tomatoes

2 vegetable stock cubes

Basil

Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 drizzle of olive oil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Fry them in a frying pan with olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, add them to the pan and simmer for about half an hour.
Step 3
Add the broth cubes during cooking.
Step 4
Finish with the basil.
Step 5
Meanwhile, bring 4 litres of water to a boil, plunge the tortellini into it and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the tortellini.
Step 7
Arrange the pasta on a plate and cover with the tomato sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if necessary.
