3 Turkish sausages (Sucuk)

5 whole eggs

2 tablespoons of fresh cream

1 small glass of semi-skimmed milk

100 g grated cheese

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Cumin

1 puff pastry dough

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a bowl beat the whole eggs, add the crème fraîche and the small glass of milk.
Step 2
Cut the sausages into small pieces, add them to the mixture with the grated cheese. Add basil and a small tablespoon of cumin to enhance the taste.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Butter a pie plate, place the puff pastry in it and bake for 10 minutes in the oven covered with aluminium foil.
Step 5
Then pour the mixture over the pre-cooked dough, making sure that the sausage pieces are well arranged everywhere and that the mixture does not overflow from the sheet.
Step 6
Put in the oven thermostat 210°C for 30 minutes (to be monitored).
