2 medium sweet potatoes or potatoes

2 zucchini (zucchini)

2 ripe tomatoes

2 onions

Pepper

Salt

Basil (or other herbs...)

drop of olive oil

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, zuchinnis and onions, then cut all the vegetables into not too thin rings.
Step 2
In an ovenproof dish, put a layer of sweet potatoes, then a layer of zucchini, then tomatoes; and onions last.
Step 3
Between each layer, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs and pour a few drops of olive oil over it.
Step 4
Bake in a hot oven (200°C/th 6-7) for one hour.

The smell of the oven is enticing. Don't give in to the temptation to open from time to time!
