6 fresh eggs

Pepper

Salt

1 box of fresh square

1 can of tomato sauce

1 bunch of basil



Preparation

Cooking time: 3 min
Step 1
Prepare a flat, thin omelette with the eggs.
Step 2
Place it on a sheet of cling film, of the same size, once warm.
Step 3
Spread it with Carré frais, then roll it tightly in the film.
Step 4
Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, open the can of tomato sauce. Add the chopped basil (set aside a few leaves for decoration).
Step 6
Remove the omelette from the film, and cut it into bevels.
Step 7
Place a tablespoon of basil sauce on the bottom of the plate, with the omelette on top, and decorate with a basil leaf.
