500 g peeled tomato (canned)

200 g rice

300 g ground beef

1/2 onion

2 teaspoons basil

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Cut the onion into small cubes, and cook them in a saucepan with olive oil, salt and pepper, and sweat the onions.
Step 2
Then add the ground beef and let it return well.
Step 3
Then add the rosemary and basil, then the peeled (whole) tomatoes; mix well and gently mash the tomatoes with a fork.
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes, then add the rice and cook for another 20 minutes.

This dish is usually served with a green salad!
