1 large can of tomato pulp

1 can of tomato paste

2 chopped steaks (or 300 g chopped meat)

Basil (optional)

Onion

Pepper

Salt

1 sugar

Olive oil



Preparation

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Slice the onion, and cook it over low heat in olive oil with the "crumbled" chopped steaks.
Step 2
When the meat starts to cook, pour in the tomato pulp, mix with the tomato paste.
Step 3
Add the basil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add a sugar (which reduces the acidity of the tomatoes), and simmer until the meat is cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with pasta or rice.
