Number of people
For the pancake batter:

2 eggs

200 g rice flour

150 ml coconut milk

2 tablespoons turmeric

2 tablespoons of oil
For the joke:

200 g pork (breast or cutlet)

200 g chicken (white)

8 raw shrimps

1 clove of garlic

2 onions

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce


For support:

150 g of soya germs


Salad (lettuce, batavia...)

150 g groundnuts, pure groundnuts, crushed

200 ml nem sauce

mint leaf

Preparation: 40 min

Preparation of the stuffing:

Mix the chicken and pork.
Step 3
Cut the shrimp into small pieces (after removing the head and shell), and mix them with the pork and chicken.
Step 4
In a frying pan, put some oil in it, and fry the garlic and chopped onions.

Add the meat and shrimp, stir well without stopping.
Step 6
Add the soy sauce, and oyster sauce (to taste), salt, pepper, and set aside.

Preparation of pancakes (2 to 3 pancakes per person):

Mix all ingredients and stir.
Step 9
Heat the pan with a little oil, and once it is hot, pour a ladle of dough into it.
Step 10
When it is dry on top, leave one half free, then add some soy sprouts and stuffing, fold the other half back on top.

Leave to cook for 1 min, then remove from the heat.

In a dish, place a pancake, aluminum foil, and so on. Aluminium prevents the pancakes from sticking together.

Wash and drain the salad and the various herbs.

Wash and slice the cucumber.

Serve one pancake per person, in a soup plate.

Each one then arranges according to his taste salad, cucumber, herbs and peanuts. Drizzle with nemme sauce, mix and enjoy!
