4 carrots

1 onion

Basil

200 g fresh cheese

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Grate the carrots and onion, mix them with the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper and then add the chopped herbs.
Step 2
Spread the mixture in a non-stick frying pan, the layer must be thin enough.
Step 3
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side (it should not be drooling).
Step 4
Slide on a plate, spread the fresh cheese in a thick layer and fold the omelette in half.
