Cheese aperitif biscuits

Cheese aperitif biscuits

Number of people

1 roll of puff pastry

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

2 handfuls of grated Gruyère cheese

1 goat cheese stick in very thin slices

1 tablespoon dry basil

Dice of ham

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the dough in half, then one of the half still in half.
Step 2
For the Gruyère sticks:

Spread the grated gruyère cheese on one quarter, then fold the other over it.
Step 4
Slice small sticks about 3 cm long and one wide, roughly weld the edges.
Step 5
For goat ham circles:

With a round cookie cutter, or if not, a small glass or a turned coffee cup, cut out circles in the second half of the dough.
Step 7
Place a slice of goat cheese and one to three small cubes of ham on it.

For the parmesan-basil balls:

Mix the Parmesan cheese and basil in a small container. With the dough scraps, make small balls and roll them in the mixture.
Step 10
Place everything on a plate greased with olive oil, and cook for about 15 minutes in the oven at 230°C (thermostat 7/8).
Author's note
When friends show up unexpectedly, or if they forget during the races, it saves an aperitif! Note that these recipes can be used at will: a few cubes of tomato and thyme instead of goat-leg, etc....
