500 g chicken breast

40 cl of fresh cream

5 cl whisky

Basil

Salt

Pepper

Tomato concentrate

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

1 onion

400 g of penne

Sweet paprika

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Heat the water for the pasta.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into thin strips.
Step 3
Cook the chicken.
Step 4
Meanwhile, slice the onion and sauté in a saucepan.
Step 5
Immerse the pasta in boiling water.
Step 6
Add the crème fraîche and half a can of tomato paste.
Step 7
Mix over low heat, add the whisky.
Step 8
Add basil, salt, pepper, paprika.
Step 9
Once the chicken is cooked, add the onions and peppers and lastly the sauce.
Step 10
Spoon the sauce over the pasta and serve with parmesan cheese strips.
